- Have experience managing multiple sites and teams.
- Know building systems, regulations and safety standards.
- Have solid experience managing budgets.
- Be fluent in English.
- Have essential Dutch language skills.
Responsibilities
- Turn maintenance strategy into smart, future-proof plans.
- Build and run preventive maintenance programs.
- Manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead and coach local maintenance managers across countries.
- Partner with suppliers and build strong relationships.
- Take charge of technical challenges and crisis situations.
- Advance sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
