Requirements
- Have 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or a closely related field.
- Have deep familiarity with TikTok and Instagram as both a marketer and a consumer.
- Have experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end, including discovery, outreach, contracting, briefing, content review, and performance reporting.
- Have experience negotiating rates, deliverables, and usage rights with creators.
- Be comfortable with influencer management and analytics tools.
- Be able to manage multiple creators across simultaneous campaigns.
- Be available for meetings and other coordination from approximately 5 PM to 1 AM PHT, Monday to Friday.
- Experience with or a strong understanding of the Greek life or collegiate audience is a significant plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a tiered influencer roster across TikTok and Instagram.
- Identify and evaluate creators based on content quality, engagement, cultural fit, and relevance.
- Develop campaign plans for recruitment, homecoming, philanthropy, formals, and product launches.
- Create briefs that provide direction while preserving creators’ authentic voice.
- Manage outreach, contracting, product seeding, content review, approvals, and posting coordination.
- Negotiate rates, deliverables, and usage rights with creators.
- Track campaign performance and report findings to the Brand team.
- Run campaign post-mortems and refine the framework for evaluating influencer ROI.
