Requirements
- Demonstrate hands-on AI fluency and be able to show workflows created and their effect on output or headcount planning.
- Set standards for responsible AI adoption across clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Have personally owned hiring, onboarding, capacity planning, performance management, and metrics for a delivery organization.
- Be able to assess software metrics and clinical delivery metrics together and diagnose their drivers.
- Use a product-minded approach to increase patient and provider engagement.
- Be willing to form a clear structural view of the organization early and put it in writing.
- Understand how health systems and health plans buy, deploy, and evaluate programs, or be ready to learn quickly.
- Experience running a business combining software with services or clinical delivery is valued.
- Experience leading clinicians is valued.
- Familiarity with Medicare Advantage, value-based care, or serious illness care is valued.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery for each client contract, from onboarding through renewal.
- Manage service-line staffing, capacity planning, hiring, onboarding, and performance.
- Develop and test strategies to engage patients, caregivers, and referring providers within contractual constraints.
- Define, instrument, and review measures connecting product performance to clinical delivery.
- Provide leadership and sales with feedback on effective customer profiles and deployment models.
- Improve realized revenue against contracted value and revenue stability.
- Build staffing capacity models that account for departures and seasonality.
- Improve patient engagement, provider referrals, client satisfaction, and renewal.
