Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Have five or more years of integration experience, including strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Have experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, or CX) data models and APIs.
- Have experience developing REST and SOAP web services.
- Have working knowledge of Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Process Cloud Service.
- Be familiar with API management concepts and Oracle API Platform.
- Have strong scripting skills in Groovy and JavaScript, plus SQL.
- Have experience with OAuth2, SAML, and mTLS security standards.
- Have troubleshooting and technical documentation skills.
- Prior Oracle SOA Suite-to-OIC migration experience is a strong plus.
- Preferred: Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integration certification.
- Preferred: Experience with Oracle Autonomous Database integration or event-driven integration on OCI.
- Preferred: Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD patterns for OIC content, or working knowledge of MuleSoft, Boomi, or SAP CPI.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop OIC integration flows connecting Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, CX) with on-premises and third-party systems.
- Build app-driven and scheduled orchestrations with complex mappings, error handling, and recovery flows.
- Configure and operate OIC adapters, including REST, SOAP, FTP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, and custom adapters.
- Develop human-centric process automation flows using OIC Process Cloud Service.
- Build Visual Builder Cloud Service applications integrated with OIC and Oracle Cloud Applications.
- Implement API management strategies, including security policies, throttling, and developer portals.
- Optimize high-volume integrations using batching, parallelism, and asynchronous patterns.
- Migrate legacy Oracle SOA Suite or third-party integrations to OIC.
- Provide post-go-live support, incident response, and root-cause analysis; maintain technical documentation.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal integration patterns and standards.
