Requirements
- Have 8-12 years of overall ERP/IT experience with strong Oracle program or project management experience.
- Have proven experience managing Oracle EBS R12 to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP migrations.
- Know Oracle Fusion Cloud modules including Financials, Procurement, SCM, Order Management, and Projects.
- Understand Oracle EBS functional and technical architecture.
- Have experience with data migration, integrations, reporting, security, testing, cutover, and production deployment.
- Be familiar with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP integrations, APIs, and enterprise interfaces.
- Have experience managing complex integrations with third-party and legacy applications.
- Know SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Have experience managing large cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or SAFe certification is preferred.
- Oracle Cloud certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS R12 to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP migration initiatives.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance.
- Coordinate functional, technical, data, integration, testing, infrastructure, business, and vendor teams.
- Drive discovery, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, development, testing, migration, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Manage data migration strategy, cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and conversion activities.
- Oversee integrations between Oracle Fusion and upstream and downstream enterprise systems.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, performance testing, and defect resolution.
- Lead cutover planning, mock cutovers, go-live readiness, deployment, and hypercare.
- Manage implementation partners, system integrators, and offshore/onshore delivery teams, and report project status to executives.
