Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in account management, project management, program management, organizing, and/or community management.
- Experience in the social impact space, ideally with community organizing or stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in creative production and digital marketing.
- Proficiency with Google Suite.
- A keen eye for detail and meticulous organization skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in and with diverse communities.
- Interest in or experience working on nature-based solutions in the US.
- Proactive approach and proven problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and work under pressure in a fast-paced organization.
Responsibilities
- Support partnership development and management, and build relationships with program partners.
- Design and implement communication systems and practices for stakeholders.
- Identify stakeholders and attendees for recurring and ad-hoc discussions, capture key decisions, and escalate communications as needed.
- Create and maintain project timelines and work plans, and hold delivery teams accountable to project plans.
- Track project finances and staff hours against budgets using project tracker spreadsheets.
- Support project kickoffs, client check-ins, and pause-and-reflect sessions.
- Manage relationships with funder stakeholders and coordinate funder-facing reporting materials.
- Lead creative production of film, animation, and photography assets, managing production partners, schedules, budgets, approvals, and quality.
- Own end-to-end production of small regional events with the Project Campaign Lead.
