Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting.
- Experience with healthcare software.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and handling protected health information (PHI).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executives and operational teams.
- Experience tracking and interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience with PowerBI, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Willingness to travel as required, up to 25%.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations, prior authorization, or revenue cycle workflow optimization is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Humata Health products from planning through go-live and post-launch support.
- Own and maintain project plans tracking customer projects, deliverables, and milestones.
- Identify and manage project dependencies, mitigate potential delays, and resolve project-impacting issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal project teams during planning and implementation.
- Manage deliverables across planning, building, testing, and go-live.
- Maintain project issue, risk, and task documentation in Smartsheet or other project tracking tools.
- Create project communication plans and send meeting summaries and next steps within one business day.
- Lead customer testing and training activities to prepare for go-live.
- Coordinate with Customer Success Managers and Support teams on go-live check-ins, reporting accuracy, and post-launch monitoring.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and subject matter experts to align solutions with customer needs.
