Have a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, a relevant associate degree, or equivalent studies in vocational or military training.
Bring 2-4 years of experience desired; the posting also lists 1-3 years for junior and 3-5 years for intermediate candidates.
Have knowledge of electronics manufacturing, robotics, PCB assembly, and/or AI.
Have strong computer, software, networking, and mechanical aptitude.
2D/3D AOI and 3D SPI programming, operation, and maintenance experience is preferred.
Be able to travel 75% or more, domestically and internationally.
Hold a valid U.S. or Canadian passport.
Hold a valid U.S. or Canadian driver’s license and have a good driving record.
Work effectively and independently with minimal supervision.
Be able to interpret detailed documents, drawings, and specifications.

Plan installations by coordinating customer support logistics and site preparation.
Install company machines and systems and ensure timely customer acceptance.
Train customers and colleagues in machine operation, maintenance, programming, and best practices.
Monitor customer workflows, processes, and use of company machines and systems; recommend and oversee improvements.
Provide technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance, audits, and assessments.
Troubleshoot and resolve machine, system, and process issues; repair, upgrade, and retrofit equipment.
Install and support network and software solutions for company machines and systems.
Collect and analyze machine and system data, and complete technical, installation, training, evaluation, demo, and expense reports.
Support sales channels in pre- and post-sales activities, including proposals, quotations, demonstrations, and evaluations.
