Requirements
- Bring deep experience with CNC machinery, or a strong mechanical and electrical background.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in a service or maintenance environment.
- Have strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Be willing and able to travel up to 80% of the month within the assigned region, Monday through Friday.
- A Mechatronics, Machining, or Engineering certification or degree is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex CNC machines and systems.
- Install new machinery.
- Provide customer service beyond the repair.
- Build lasting customer relationships.
- Proactively identify and resolve obstacles to customer productivity.
