Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Have eight or more years of Salesforce experience, including significant time in architecture or technical leadership roles.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
- Understand the Salesforce data model, sharing model, and platform limits.
- Have hands-on experience with complex Salesforce integrations.
- Have experience designing security models at enterprise scale.
- Have experience with Salesforce DX and modern DevOps tooling.
- Hold Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect credentials.
- Have a track record of leading large Salesforce programs end-to-end.
- Preferred: hold the Salesforce Certified Technical Architect credential.
- Preferred: have experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Preferred: have familiarity with Industry Clouds such as Financial Services Cloud or Health Cloud.
- Preferred: have exposure to Einstein AI or Agentforce features.
- Preferred: have experience with multi-org consolidation or M&A integrations.
Responsibilities
- Design and govern enterprise Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Industry Clouds.
- Drive technical strategy for complex, multi-org Salesforce environments.
- Set standards for security, integration, and customization.
- Partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Lead large Salesforce programs end-to-end.
