Job Details

Have 8+ years in product management.
Have senior ownership of AI/ML-powered products shipped to production at scale.
Demonstrate a track record of setting strategy and delivering, including owning a roadmap and carrying features through to completion.
Bring fluency in applied AI/ML product decisions, including model lifecycle, evaluation, governance, and monitoring.
Understand the trade-offs of putting models in front of expert users.
Have experience partnering with engineering and design in an empowered-team operating model.
Communicate complex AI strategy clearly to clinicians, executives, and engineers.
Healthcare, medical imaging, clinical workflow, or other regulated-domain experience is a plus.
Platform, marketplace, or partner-ecosystem product experience is a plus.
Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and regulated software development is a plus.

Define and maintain the AI vision and roadmap across the Merge portfolio.
Take high-priority AI capabilities from discovery through launch, co-designing with radiologists and cardiologists.
Own the registry, governance, and monitoring for models in the workflow, tied to the quality system.
Drive time-to-add-a-model from quarters to weeks.
Turn portfolio-level AI strategy into a sequenced, evidence-backed roadmap validated with win/loss data, product-readiness reviews, and early-access customers.
Write problem definitions and success metrics for AI-assisted reads, turnaround-time reduction, and governed models.
Lead an empowered, single-threaded team through the AI-native product development lifecycle.
Represent Merge’s AI direction with customers, clinical advisors, analysts, and internal leadership.
