Requirements
- Have 5–7+ years of experience in product management, systems or solution architecture, software/platform engineering, or technical leadership in customer-facing roles.
- Have experience designing end-to-end AI systems, such as RAG, vector databases, and API integrations.
- Be experienced in defining AI product and workflow specifications.
- Translate business goals into technical architectures in corporate environments.
- Provide regular, structured status updates on project milestones and technical blockers.
- Participate promptly in internal and client-facing meetings.
- Collaborate on troubleshooting and ask for help when facing technical hurdles.
- Financial services or retail experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of privacy and compliance standards for handling PII through masking and redaction is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Translate model architectures, data analysis, and feature engineering into scalable agent design patterns.
- Assess legacy workflows and design automated, AI-driven alternatives.
- Structure data, operational constraints, and guidelines to improve LLM performance and output reliability.
- Develop low-fidelity prototypes to validate AI features, user experiences, and model feasibility.
- Design business-aligned evaluation frameworks, metrics, and data collection to measure program impact.
- Architect and deploy AI agents, including RAG solutions, vector search integration, and multi-agent systems using A2A and MCP.
- Present and communicate technical work to connect execution with business strategy for stakeholders.
