Job Details

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success hiring for technical roles such as backend, frontend, data/ML, product management, or product design.
  • Be proactive and self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
  • Be flexible and responsive to candidate needs, including scheduling across global time zones.
  • Have experience succeeding in fast-paced environments, ideally at growth-stage startups.
  • Have a strong track record of retaining hires and building trust with hiring teams.
  • Be comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and adapting to new tools.
  • Demonstrate strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bring empathy and thoughtfulness when interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Have experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Be comfortable leveraging and iterating with AI tools to streamline recruiting workflows and sourcing.
  • Prior experience using Ashby or Juicebox is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical engineering and product roles, from sourcing through offer and close.
  • Source and engage engineering and product talent across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience that reflects Constructor’s values and culture.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role criteria and success profiles.
  • Provide weekly hiring-manager updates on pipeline progress, challenges, and key metrics.
  • Manage interview logistics, scheduling, and debriefs across time zones.
  • Build pipelines for current and future hiring needs across technical and adjacent teams.
  • Assess candidate fit for technical capabilities, communication, and success in a fast-moving remote environment.
  • Evaluate and improve recruiting processes, tools, and reporting.
