Requirements
- Have 5+ years of proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner.
- Have a record of leading teams of senior recruiters and sourcers as a Team Leader.
- Demonstrate business development experience bringing quality clients.
- Have excellent knowledge of an area of expertise, including market status, trends, and best practices.
- Know sourcing techniques such as social media recruiting and Boolean search.
- Have hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases.
- Demonstrate data-driven communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to prioritize, act proactively, and show initiative.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of recruiters and sourcers and support Talent Acquisition.
- Develop the business by bringing in quality clients.
- Partner with customers to understand strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs.
- Design and customize hiring stages for each position.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media.
- Present shortlisted candidates with detailed profile summaries.
- Guide and facilitate negotiations through completion.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed.
- Build client relationships and contribute to company development and change management.
