Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
- Have project management experience, including scope, schedule, and budget control.
- Have 8+ years of experience in site design and development.
- Be a registered Professional Engineer (PE) or Landscape Architect.
- Have experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Be able to contribute and work well on a team.
Responsibilities
- Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and track progress to manage project finances and timely completion.
- Manage complex contract negotiations.
- Assemble and manage project teams, coordinate internal resources, and assign responsibilities aligned with project objectives.
- Monitor project progress and performance to keep deliverables within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Manage change requests, apply risk management techniques, and implement strategies to minimize negative financial impact.
- Coordinate technical reviews to ensure quality and compliance with project contract terms, conditions, and specifications.
- Maintain positive client relationships and focus on client service.
- Document project deliverables and maintain project records, including correspondence and design plans.
- Mentor team staff on project management best practices and use of project support resources.
