Requirements
- Associate Degree in Drafting.
- 10 years of CAD software experience (AutoCAD Civil 3d).
- Project management skills for medium-sized projects.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
- Ability to travel for in-office activities, client and site visits as needed.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage staff on technical aspects of projects, coordinating with all disciplines involved.
- Plan and oversee the quality review process for project deliverables.
- Provide a consultative resource to clients for project resolution.
- Develop subject matter expertise in design areas.
- Provide senior-level design reviews and act as a resource for technical issues.
- Assist with project studies by completing drawings, sketching, or acquiring data.
- Promote efficiencies in producing quality work.
- Supervise and review assignments of less experienced staff.
