Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, including relevant technical or applied disciplines.
- Apply critical thinking and structured, logical problem-solving to ambiguous business challenges.
- Work confidently with data, numbers, mathematical models, and statistical analysis.
- Structure problems, formulate hypotheses, conduct rigorous analyses, and develop evidence-based recommendations.
- Show interest in capital-intensive, energy-intensive, and natural-resource industries, including their processes, technologies, and business models.
- Understand technical subjects and connect them to strategic, operational, and business implications.
- Communicate complex information and recommendations clearly to executive audiences, in writing and verbally.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, including analytical modeling and executive presentations.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, specialists, project teams, and senior stakeholders.
- Be proactive, curious, collaborative, and hands-on, with ownership and willingness to investigate problems in depth.
- Be fluent in English and able to participate confidently in meetings and develop professional analyses and deliverables.
- Be available to travel according to project and client requirements.
- Knowledge or experience in decarbonization, sustainability, energy transition, circular economy, energy efficiency, emissions reduction, industrial-sector projects, emerging technologies, consulting, strategy, innovation, or business transformation is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Support transformation programs by diagnosing business challenges and contributing to tailored solutions.
- Work with project teams, clients, technical specialists, and stakeholders to understand needs and develop solutions.
- Structure complex problems, formulate hypotheses, and conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses.
- Develop models, scenarios, benchmarks, and feasibility assessments to evaluate business opportunities and solutions.
- Research market trends, emerging technologies, industry developments, and best practices.
- Translate technical analyses and complex findings into actionable recommendations for business and executive audiences.
- Develop executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and other materials to support decision-making and client discussions.
- Contribute to projects involving innovation, strategy, new business models, operational efficiency, sustainability, energy transition, and decarbonization.
