Requirements
- Have 5+ years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience, ideally in B2C subscription, consumer technology, SaaS, or another digital business.
- Demonstrate experience recruiting, onboarding, activating, and scaling affiliate partner networks across international markets.
- Use data to guide decisions about commissions, incentives, budgets, acquisition, revenue, and partner ROI.
- Have hands-on experience with affiliate platforms and networks such as Impact, PartnerStack, or comparable solutions.
- Evaluate partner performance, identify high-potential segments, diagnose performance changes, and prioritize optimization opportunities.
- Understand attribution, affiliate measurement, fraud detection, quality control, and conversion tracking.
- Use performance data to shape partner recruitment strategies, incentive structures, campaign planning, and program decisions.
- Bring commercial judgment and negotiation skills to independently manage multiple partner relationships and commercial discussions.
- Have experience designing, executing, and analyzing structured experiments or A/B tests involving incentives, offers, audiences, and conversion mechanics.
- Collaborate effectively with distributed, cross-functional teams and work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies focused on partner recruitment, activation, retention, and revenue growth across international markets.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop affiliate partners, negotiating contracts, commission structures, incentives, and commercial terms.
- Manage affiliate relationships end to end, including tracking setup, promotional offers, payment reconciliation, partner support, and ongoing account management.
- Analyze partner, cohort, geographic, and category performance to identify growth opportunities and optimization priorities.
- Monitor revenue, conversion quality, CAC, LTV, ROAS, partner ROI, and fraud indicators, and translate findings into performance improvements.
- Manage commission expenditure within approved budgets and recommend reallocations based on partner performance and return on investment.
- Design and analyze tests across commission tiers, incentives, offers, audience segments, and campaign mechanics.
- Collaborate with Creative, Product, Brand, Data, and Engineering teams on promotional assets, tracking, attribution, measurement, and fraud detection.
- Work with Finance and Legal on payment processes, commercial agreements, compliance, and revenue-quality requirements.
- Present performance insights and optimization recommendations through dashboards, reports, and structured presentations.
