Requirements
- Have proven experience in quality, documentation, coordination, operations, logistics, or supply chain, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Have experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams or stakeholders.
- Bring an analytical approach to solving scheduling constraints involving people, dates, requirements, and systems.
- Be able to prioritize competing deadlines, use sound judgment, and explain trade-offs.
- Be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and know when to escalate.
- Have problem-solving skills to analyze issues, identify causes, and put practical fixes in place.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy, with judgment about details affecting client requirements and compliance.
- Have working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Be able to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
Responsibilities
- Schedule audits, assessments, and supplier desktop evaluations across SQA’s Audit family of services.
- Coordinate service scheduling and preparation with internal teammates, clients, suppliers, and associates.
- Prioritize workload based on client due dates, program risks, and dependencies, and explain trade-offs.
- Make timely scheduling decisions, document assumptions, and escalate decisions involving client or compliance risk.
- Resolve or escalate scheduling conflicts, data discrepancies, and supplier or associate availability issues.
- Provide timely, accurate program activity status notes for cross-functional transparency.
- Maintain accurate information in applicable databases, platforms, and systems.
- Review and maintain templates, checklists, and technical documentation for completeness and accuracy against client requirements.
- Coordinate and run planning meetings with internal teammates, clients, and associates.
