- Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, and from policyholders requesting changes.
- Identify customer needs, including coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and upcoming renewal increases.
- Match customers with suitable policies from the available insurance companies.
- Learn the insurance products and app to help customers navigate their options.
- Solve problems that prevent customers from obtaining appropriate coverage.
- Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
- Share customer feedback and suggestions to help improve the product.
