Requirements
- Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
- Bring a genuinely friendly and positive attitude.
- Be willing to work as part of a team.
- Have a strong work ethic.
- Have strong problem-solving skills.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Obtain a P&C insurance license; the company will pay for the license if you do not already have one.
Responsibilities
- Take care of customers and identify coverage gaps, qualifying discounts, and upcoming renewal increases.
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
- Assist policyholders who need changes to their policies.
- Learn the insurance products available across the company's panel of insurance companies.
- Become familiar with the app to help customers navigate it.
- Solve problems that prevent customers from getting appropriate coverage.
- Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
- Share customer feedback and suggestions to help improve the product.
