Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of product marketing experience in healthcare technology.
  • Have direct experience marketing to health system executive buyers.
  • Have a bachelor's degree.
  • Have a record of building positioning, messaging, enablement, and launch programs used by sales teams.
  • Have a track record of deal-specific content tied to advanced or closed opportunities.
  • Have experience writing for CMOs, CMIOs, CIOs, CFOs, and quality leaders.
  • Have experience supporting long, multi-stakeholder deals into health systems.
  • Have working knowledge of enterprise health system deals, including committee-based buying, clinical validation, IT and security review, and budget cycles.
  • Write clearly, credibly, and with evidence, producing first drafts that need little rework.
  • Be self-directed in a fast-moving startup and able to identify and build what is missing.
  • Partner effectively with Sales, Product, Client Success, and Clinical teams.
  • Nice to have: product or customer marketing experience with an installed base, including expansion or upsell campaigns.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with clinical AI, clinical decision support, or quality and safety improvement.
  • Nice to have: experience informally mentoring a more junior marketer.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the sales content library, including decks, two-pagers, white papers, and collateral that quantifies impact.
  • Create tailored content for late-stage opportunities, such as custom one-pagers and slides.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence and battlecards as the market changes.
  • Develop positioning and messaging by module and buyer, and lead go-to-market for module launches, including palliative care and deterioration.
  • Partner with Client Success on expansion messaging, executive steering committee and QBR materials, and release communications.
  • Translate clinical outcomes and technical capabilities into messaging for clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders.
  • Join deal calls and QBRs, proactively gather roadmap details from Product, and work with Clinical to keep claims credible.
  • Feed market and competitive insight, and information about what is working in the field, back into the business.
