Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications, or equivalent.
- Have 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client relations.
- Bring experience in the printing or manufacturing industry; this is described as ideal.
- Have a strong understanding of large-format printing, custom graphics, and production workflows; this is described as a plus.
- Be proficient with CRM platforms such as SFDC or HubSpot and customer success management tools.
- Demonstrate communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to build trust, drive engagement, and manage multiple accounts.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for medium and small-value accounts.
- Engage clients to support adoption and use of Vomela’s solutions.
- Manage customer lifecycles, monitor account health, and implement retention strategies.
- Analyze accounts for new business, referral, partnership, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Work with sales representatives to develop strategic growth plans for key clients.
- Conduct customer check-ins and performance reviews, and provide training and troubleshooting.
- Communicate customer feedback and needs to internal teams, including operations.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations on client strategies and timelines.
- Track and report customer success metrics and contribute to process improvements.
