Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience shipping production full-stack software end to end and unsupervised.
- Have experience with Django and Django REST Framework (DRF).
- Know Postgres beyond ORM defaults, including reading query plans and running migrations against live customer data.
- Have experience with Next.js and React using TypeScript.
- Have durable workflow experience; Celery is preferred.
- Have direct customer exposure, including scoping problems with customers and shipping solutions against them.
- Have experience with third-party APIs, webhooks, and rate limits.
- Have experience reconciling two systems that disagree.
Responsibilities
- Embed on named customer projects and own them end to end, from discovery and design through build, deployment, and verification.
- Build migration and integration pipelines on Temporal that are idempotent, resumable, and auditable.
- Model and load customer accounting data into Postgres, including reconciling it against their existing system.
- Build internal tooling so recurring one-off work stops being one-off work.
- Feed patterns back into the core product, and productize or hand off anything that becomes permanent.
- Shorten the path from customer request to shipped work.
