Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of practical experience translating customer requirements into production implementations.
- Have production experience with LLM applications, including prompting, tool use, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation, and failure modes.
- Have hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, OAuth or API keys, and third-party integrations.
- Have strong coding skills for implementation, testing, monitoring, and logging.
- Understand cloud deployment and observability fundamentals.
- Have German proficiency at B2 level or above; exceptional candidates without German proficiency may also be considered.
- Voice or telephony integrations are a plus.
- TypeScript, Python, SQL, workflow automation, and privacy experience are useful.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer requirements into robust production workflows, data flows, prompts, and guardrails.
- Lead deployments and build integrations with third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and common authentication patterns.
- Write and test glue code and features, with appropriate monitoring and logging.
- Debug production issues across calls, workflows, and data, and deliver timely fixes.
- Create reusable deployment templates and playbooks to improve consistency and scale.
- Share recurring customer pain points and product recommendations with internal teams.
