Job Details

Be proficient in Go or a similar backend language.
Have experience designing robust system architectures.
Have strong computer science fundamentals and software engineering architecture experience.
Have experience with event-driven design.
Be able to lead and troubleshoot incidents or bugs as incident commander.
Be able to work independently in a fully remote, globally distributed team.
Be able to translate technical concepts into business strategies.

Design highly scalable, mission-critical brokerage systems.
Develop and enhance middle- and back-office systems, including gRPC microservices and a React-based UI for internal administration and API developers.
Integrate third-party vendors.
Work with core teams to enhance the framework for multiple languages, currencies, and markets.
Collaborate with regional tech leads synchronously and asynchronously.
Troubleshoot incidents and reported bugs to maintain system integrity and performance.
Lead operational reliability and serve as incident commander during regional business hours.
