Job Details

Be proficient in Go or a similar backend language.
Have experience designing robust and efficient system architectures.
Have strong computer science fundamentals and software engineering architecture experience.
Have experience with event-driven design.
Be able to act as incident commander and lead incident and bug troubleshooting.
Work independently in a fully remote, globally distributed team and under pressure.
Collaborate with global teams, regulators, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Translate technical concepts into business strategies.
Experience with domain-driven design is a nice-to-have.
Financial services, brokerage, online trading, or fintech experience is a nice-to-have.

Design a highly scalable, mission-critical brokerage system.
Develop and enhance middle- and back-office systems, including gRPC microservices, a React-based UI, and third-party vendor integrations.
Work with core teams to enhance the framework for multiple languages, currencies, and markets.
Collaborate with technology leads in other regions through synchronous and asynchronous work.
Troubleshoot incidents and reported bugs to maintain system integrity and performance.
Lead operational reliability and incident response during regional business hours.
Support regional recruitment initiatives, cross-functional projects, and engineering mentorship.
