Requirements

- Strong knowledge of cruise lines, destinations, and travel industry trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings efficiently.
- Sales-oriented approach and interest in helping clients plan vacations.
- Proficiency with online booking systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Travel or cruise industry certification, such as CLIA certification, is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with cruise inquiries, reservations, and modifications via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide guidance on cruise destinations, itineraries, ship amenities, and travel requirements.
- Process bookings and payments accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain client relationships through personalized service and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on cruise line promotions, policies, and travel regulations.
- Collaborate with cruise partners to secure deals and perks for clients.
- Address client concerns and troubleshoot booking-related issues.
- Upsell and cross-sell excursions, travel insurance, and pre- or post-cruise accommodations.
