Responsibilities
- Assist clients with cruise, resort, and vacation reservations.
- Research travel options, pricing, promotions, and availability.
- Coordinate booking details and ensure travel arrangements are accurate.
- Communicate confirmations, updates, and travel information to clients.
- Maintain organized records of bookings and client interactions.
- Provide professional support throughout the reservation process.
- Stay informed about supplier promotions, destination information, and travel updates.
