Responsibilities
- Assist clients interested in cruises, resorts, and vacation packages.
- Research cruise lines, itineraries, ships, destinations, and resort options.
- Compare accommodations, room and cabin categories, amenities, and available packages.
- Help clients identify options based on their preferences and budgets.
- Coordinate eligible travel reservations and prepare reservation details and travel information.
- Monitor relevant supplier promotions.
- Answer client questions throughout the planning process.
- Provide professional pre- and post-travel support.
- Develop knowledge of cruise lines, resort brands, and popular destinations.
