Responsibilities
- Assist clients with vacation planning and travel recommendations.
- Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, flights, and vacation packages.
- Coordinate travel reservations and booking requests.
- Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
- Provide customer service before, during, and after travel.
- Stay informed about travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information.
- Maintain accurate client records and reservation details.
- Build client relationships through service and follow-up.
