- Have at least 5+ years of Drupal experience.
- Have 10+ years of federal-sector experience.
- Have hands-on full-stack development experience.
- Have experience serving as a team lead.
- Have experience with Appian, SharePoint, and DB2 database integration.
- Have experience designing and creating websites for the Federal Government.
- Have working knowledge of Agile, Lean, and SAFe concepts.
- Have sufficient Section 508 expertise to develop and maintain accessible federal websites.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a directly related field.
- Must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for 3 years and be Federal Tax compliant.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical execution for agency Internet and Intranet website support and modernization.
- Oversee website performance, capacity, responsiveness, and ability to support expected traffic.
- Provide hands-on full-stack technical leadership across Drupal and .NET-based web environments.
- Lead and coordinate integrations involving Appian, SharePoint, and IBM DB2.
- Oversee organizational management and technical staff supporting contract requirements.
- Serve as the responsible technical lead for Section 508 compliance of Internet and Intranet postings.
- Develop and maintain accessible federal websites.
- Apply project-management concepts based on Agile, Lean, and SAFe principles.
- Support web application integration with enterprise platforms, databases, APIs, cloud environments, and other government systems.
