Requirements
- Have 5+ years of work experience as a mobile (iOS and Android) or web developer.
- Have 2+ years of experience in Ionic/Capacitor hybrid app development.
- Have experience writing mobile applications that interact with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) peripheral devices using GATT Protocol.
- Have experience with Agile methodology, documenting requirements, and assisting junior-level developers.
- Have strong experience with object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Have extensive knowledge of at least one web development framework; Angular is preferred.
- Have experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JSON.
- Have experience working with APIs; RESTful is preferred.
- Have experience with version control tools; Git is preferred.
- Have basic experience with native mobile app languages such as Swift or Kotlin.
Responsibilities
- Develop user stories as part of the GroAssist Agile project team.
- Own the code quality and structure of the hybrid mobile app and its native code portions.
- Lead and guide the development team in creating the app.
- Review feature configurability and lead development of a best-practices approach.
- Support Agile practices including estimation, testing, code reviews, user story development, and merge requests.
- Review Jira user stories and test plans, and troubleshoot defects with the development team.
- Collaborate with the enterprise architect on the overall design.
- Document digital device data and data-flow specifications with business requirements and device teams.
- Lead and participate in Bluetooth device integration for iOS and Android.
- Provide technical leadership across Patient Solution mobile app projects, including planning, estimation, team screening, and solutions architecture.
