Requirements
- Have prior experience leading, mentoring, or providing technical direction to developers, ideally in a hands-on development lead role.
- Bring advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, REST APIs, and Azure Functions.
- Have advanced SQL skills, including SQL Server stored procedures, query optimization, performance tuning, indexing, and troubleshooting.
- Have intermediate PowerShell experience for automation, AWS SSO, and VPN or network troubleshooting.
- Have advanced experience with ASP.NET Web API, REST API development, authentication, and system integrations.
- Know modern .NET versions, including .NET 8/9, and Azure Functions isolated worker architecture.
- Understand OAuth, OpenID Connect, PKCE, and Microsoft Entra ID authentication flows.
- Be proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/ES6+, and a major front-end framework such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- Have Microsoft Azure experience, particularly with Function Apps, Azure Service Bus, Container Apps, and Application Insights.
- Have experience with Azure Service Bus queue processing and reliable retry patterns, and with Application Insights and Kusto Query Language for diagnostics.
- Be proficient with Visual Studio, VS Code, and SQL Server Management Studio.
- Have experience conducting code reviews and establishing or enforcing engineering standards and best practices.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Have experience delivering features from concept through deployment in Agile development environments.
- Supplier or partner integrations, CI/CD, Warehouse Management Systems, order or fulfillment workflows, developer onboarding, and AI coding tools are preferred or advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Full Stack Developer team, assigning and prioritizing work and overseeing capacity and workload.
- Coach developers through one-on-ones, feedback, goal-setting, performance reviews, technical guidance, and mentorship.
- Lead code reviews and establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and development best practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs and Azure Functions using C#, ASP.NET Web API, and .NET.
- Build and maintain Angular-based front-end features for internal and customer- or partner-facing applications.
- Implement and troubleshoot authentication and authorization using OAuth, OpenID Connect, PKCE, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Develop and optimize SQL Server stored procedures, indexes, and query performance.
- Support Azure Service Bus queue processing and retry mechanisms, and deploy and monitor services using Azure Container Apps and Application Insights.
- Develop PowerShell automation for AWS SSO administration, VPN troubleshooting, and network-related activities.
- Resolve production incidents, report team progress and risks, and collaborate with stakeholders on requirements and technical solutions.
