Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience building web applications end to end.
- Have 6+ months of experience shipping production features mainly through AI coding agents.
- Have solid full-stack fundamentals, including HTTP, REST, relational data modelling, SQL, authentication, browser security, async programming, and testing.
- Be able to read and judge code fluently in one or both listed stacks: C# / ASP.NET Core and Angular with TypeScript and RxJS; or React / Next.js with Node or Python back ends.
- Have hands-on, daily experience with at least one agentic coding tool in a real codebase.
- Have the judgment to identify and explain incorrect changes that appear plausible.
- Have experience with Git, pull requests, CI pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps, and debugging with logs.
- Be comfortable working from written specs and writing specs for people or agents.
Responsibilities
- Break product requirements into small, agent-ready specs with clear acceptance criteria and test cases.
- Direct AI coding agents to implement features across the core or module technology stacks.
- Run multiple agent sessions in parallel on separate branches or worktrees.
- Review every agent diff for correctness, edge cases, security, performance, and readability, and provide precise feedback.
- Have agents produce unit, integration, and Playwright end-to-end tests.
- Improve agent context by updating AGENTS.md, skills, and templates when agents repeat mistakes.
- Deploy through CI/CD to QA and production on Azure, then monitor logs and metrics.
- Debug and fix production issues by directing agents.
- Write PR descriptions, release notes, and runbooks.
