Requirements
- Have 2 to 3 years of application development experience.
- Have 2 to 3 years of experience developing code using AWS serverless architecture, native services, and containers.
- Have 2 to 3 years of experience supporting applications on AWS.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- Have proficiency in Java.
- Have experience with front-end frameworks including Angular, TypeScript, or React.
- Have experience with back-end frameworks such as Node.js and scripting languages such as JavaScript or PHP.
- Have experience with DynamoDB or Aurora DB.
- Have API development and integration, DevOps, and deployment experience.
- Have experience with testing, debugging, security, data protection, and performance optimization.
- Be familiar with Git and Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Have experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Have experience working on Agile and large projects involving several teams.
- Preferred: familiarity with relational databases, ORM, and SQL in Drupal development; F5 and NGINX; Generative AI and AI-assisted development tools; or integrating LLM capabilities such as AI-powered search, conversational interfaces, or RAG.
Responsibilities
- Participate in sprint planning, assign story points, and commit to planned user stories.
- Implement code using AWS native services and serverless technologies.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using Angular and TypeScript and microservices using Java.
- Maintain code quality and application responsiveness; participate in code reviews.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Work with architects and product teams to understand functional challenges, prototype ideas, and develop solutions.
- Translate requirements into technical specifications and diagrams, then implement solutions to architectural and business requirements.
- Maintain operational and system-level documentation and enhance software efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, UX designers, system administrators, and analysts.
