Requirements
- Have 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1-2 years in an agency setting.
- Have at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with at least two paid advertising channels.
- Have experience with campaign development and optimization, including bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development, campaign strategy, and optimizations.
- Be proficient in Google or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Be proficient in Google Analytics.
- Have a strong understanding of full-funnel marketing.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Have strong organizational and project management skills.
- Be confident in client-facing presentations and communication.
- Be able to learn quickly and work independently.
Responsibilities
- Own execution and performance of paid advertising campaigns across assigned channels.
- Build and produce campaigns across channels, delivering work on time and performing quality assurance.
- Lead campaign optimizations to improve performance against goals.
- Manage client budgets and advise on budget changes and pacing.
- Recommend proactive channel strategies and identify opportunities and performance risks.
- Maintain client testing roadmaps and project-manage experimentation next steps.
- Communicate performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items with internal client teams.
- Provide weekly client progress recaps with performance insights and future recommendations.
- Report on performance and use data to communicate results and next steps to clients and stakeholders.
- Use AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
