Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience managing lead-generation campaigns.
- Have experience managing Google Ads accounts with $1,500–$3,000+ monthly budgets.
- Be able to independently build and optimize Google Search campaigns.
- Have strong experience with keyword research, match types, negative keywords, bidding strategies, search terms, and campaign structure.
- Have experience with conversion tracking and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms.
- Have experience analyzing CPL, conversion rates, lead quality, and campaign performance.
- Be able to connect Google Ads performance with business outcomes such as qualified leads, booked appointments, or paying customers.
- Experience with psychotherapy practices, mental health, healthcare, or other local or service-based businesses is preferred.
- Experience managing multiple small-business Google Ads accounts simultaneously is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
- Manage accounts with typical monthly budgets of $1,500–$3,000.
- Conduct keyword research and search term analysis, and manage negative keywords, bidding, and campaign optimization.
- Monitor CPL, conversion rates, lead quality, and campaign performance to guide budget and optimization decisions.
- Review and optimize the relationship between Google Ads, landing pages, ad copy, and conversion tracking.
- Analyze the lead-to-client funnel to identify where leads are lost after submitting an inquiry.
- Develop campaign strategies that prioritize qualified leads and paying clients over lead volume.
- Implement and test campaign structures, targeting approaches, keywords, ads, and bidding strategies.
