Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring data or analytics engineers in an agile environment.
- Have experience supporting individual career growth and fostering strong feedback cultures.
- Bring deep expertise in building and maintaining enterprise semantic layers in Looker, including LookML, Liquid, and administration.
- Have advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake or BigQuery.
- Have hands-on experience with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Know structured data modelling methodologies such as Kimball or Data Vault.
- Have practical Python scripting capability for API integrations and workflow automation.
- Have fluent English language skills at C1 level.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Analytics Engineers.
- Manage sprint priorities and support team members’ career growth.
- Own the Looker architecture and establish CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.
- Partner with Data Engineering to optimize table structures.
- Work with Marketing, Finance, and GTM Ops to translate business needs into scalable data models.
- Use Python, Looker APIs, or AI solutions to automate repetitive workflows.
