Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of experience in data platform, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering.
- Have initial experience leading, mentoring, or managing technical teams.
- Have deep, practical experience using Terraform/Terragrunt to architect and manage infrastructure.
- Have familiarity with GCP data services, including BigQuery, Cloud Composer, GKE, and IAM.
- Have familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitLab CI, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Bring a focus on customer enablement, platform reliability, system governance, and security.
- Have professional English language skills at B2 level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of 2–3 platform engineers.
- Coach team members and drive agile delivery.
- Manage the team’s OKRs.
- Stay heavily involved in hands-on engineering work.
- Design reliable Terraform/Terragrunt modules on GCP.
- Champion data security controls, including Dataplex and DLP.
- Establish standard, self-service developer tools for downstream data teams.
