Job Details

Strong AWS experience.
Deep hands-on CI/CD expertise with GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins.
Solid Infrastructure as Code background with Terraform; Terragrunt and Terramate are a plus.
Real Kubernetes/EKS experience, including Helm and GitOps with ArgoCD.
Be comfortable reasoning about IAM, secrets, network exposure, and least-privilege access; a DevSecOps lean is a plus.
Be able to design solutions and adapt when constraints change, seeking context to inform decisions.
Use sound judgment when evaluating edge cases and responding to incidents such as traffic spikes or regional outages.
Use AI tooling deliberately, understand its output, and explain its trade-offs.

Own and evolve the CI/CD platform using GitHub Actions with self-hosted RunsOn runners, and help migrate and refactor Jenkins as “Jenkins Next.”
Build and maintain AWS infrastructure as code using Terraform, Terragrunt, and Terramate with reusable component patterns.
Design secure-by-default delivery pipelines, including branch protection, PR approval rulesets, SOPS secrets management, and production-approval flows.
Help transition from IAM users and long-lived access keys to IAM roles, and address foundational security gaps.
Work with Kubernetes/EKS, Helm, and ArgoCD.
Support the Grafana and Prometheus observability stack and the Backstage developer platform.
Review and improve existing Terraform components, pipelines, and AWS infrastructure.
Share support and triage responsibilities and reduce them through automation and tooling.
