Requirements
- Transportation or inventory experience is helpful but not required.
- Be reliably available during core business hours, Monday–Friday, 8–5.
- Be willing to support occasional overtime and holiday rotation.
- Demonstrate clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and competing requests.
- Prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment.
- Balance routine execution work with unexpected issues.
- Adapt to daily shifts in priorities.
- SAP experience is helpful but not required.
- Excel skills are helpful, including filters, sorting, basic formulas, and reviewing data for accuracy.
- Be comfortable working across multiple systems and tools.
Responsibilities
- Complete day-to-day transportation planning activities.
- Schedule transportation.
- Tender transportation.
- Resolve product issues.
- Communicate by email.
- Support a small team of three.
- Work cross-functionally with Operations Planning and Warehouse/Plant teams.
