Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Bring at least 15 years of experience using data to solve complex financial challenges, with an emphasis on revenue and margin management.
- Have a strong analytical toolset in Tableau.
- Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- MBA preferred.
- VBA, SQL, and Alteryx are nice to have.
- Use technical expertise and business insights to communicate solutions to complex problems.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Show ownership and commitment to high-quality results while understanding the business impact of changes.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with all levels of management.
Responsibilities
- Own the corporate revenue and gross profit model, ensuring it is timely, accurate, manageable, explainable, and aligned with business goals.
- Track multiple revenue streams and present actual performance against forecasts to upper management.
- Guide sales channel routing decisions to improve Sales Operations efficiency and performance.
- Analyze financial and operational data to assess current and future business performance.
- Identify trends and recommend strategies to improve financial performance.
- Develop what-if analyses and simulations for risk profiling.
- Present results and recommendations to management.
- Document tools, models, and analyses in a clear, accessible format.
- Develop and present MBRs, QBRs, and Weekly Sales Decks using Tableau, PowerPoint, Excel, and other tools.
- Provide consistent, standardized reporting for business stakeholders.
