Requirements
- Have experience managing complex SAP projects.
- Have experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Know and be able to apply the SAP Activate methodology in practice.
- Have English proficiency at a minimum C1 level.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations and rollouts for assigned countries.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget using SAP Activate.
- Maintain alignment with the global template and manage local deviations.
- Coordinate consultants, the systems integrator, the project team, and external suppliers.
- Plan and manage project phases, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Oversee testing, data migration, cutover, go-live readiness, and hypercare.
- Prepare the organization for go-live and manage handover to operations.
- Report project status, risks, and decisions to the Global Programme Director and business stakeholders.
- Support building project resources, including body leasing.
