Bring 4 years or more of proven expertise in client-facing management roles, such as Business Analysis, IT Project Management, or IT Product Ownership.
Have 2 or more years of experience in QA or Development roles.
Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline.
Be fluent in business English.
Demonstrate a track record of translating business visions into practical technical solutions.
Have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Have proven experience managing time frames and budgets.
Have experience managing technical projects in a modern software environment.
Nice to have: knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
Nice to have: hands-on experience with REST APIs.
Nice to have: familiarity with algorithms, data structures, and cloud solutions.
Nice to have: previous exposure to B2B SaaS products.

Engage with customers to understand business needs and expectations, and translate them for the solutions delivery team.
Learn and master the OneReach.ai platform.
Develop pre-sales demonstrations and maintain client proposals throughout project stages.
Prioritize, plan, and coordinate project development activities to meet customer requirements.
Lead day-to-day development activities across multiple projects and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
Consolidate product information from various sources into technical documentation and proposals.
Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and profitability margins.
