Have at least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT company.
Be fluent in English at C1 level.
Be fluent in Polish at C1 level.
Have experience using Jira.
Have experience managing web and mobile applications.
Have experience managing teams of up to 6–8 members.
Have experience managing project budgets.
Use AI tools in daily work and critically verify their output before it reaches clients or the team.
Bring a product-focused mindset, including understanding product needs and supporting product growth.
Be able to negotiate with clients and developers.
Be able to gather customer feedback and communicate it to developers.
Work independently, take responsibility, prioritize effectively, and make decisions under time pressure.
Show interest in HealthTech projects involving quality, compliance, and patient impact.

Lead client projects, including building products from scratch and developing existing products.
Supervise work on web and mobile applications.
Maintain relationships with clients and developers.
Create project specifications and valuations.
Negotiate with clients and developers.
Prepare reports and settlements, and keep project documents organized.
Control project budgets, track deadlines, and estimate delivery times.
Plan and manage developers' work within the project.
Advise clients on business solutions and suitable project approaches.
Use AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to support delivery, and test and share improved project workflows.
