Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant experience in Sales Finance, FP&A, forecasting, long-range planning, and expense management.
- Current public-company experience is preferred; familiarity with IPO readiness, financial controls, audit processes, and compliance is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience with bookings accuracy, consolidation, reconciliation, and commissions-related financial processes.
- Experience supporting M&A integration and partnering with acquired organizations and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to develop executive- and board-level financial reporting and present financial information clearly.
- Strong business partnership and influencing skills, judgment, and integrity.
- Experience leading and developing finance professionals while balancing priorities and deadlines.
- Advanced Excel skills and Salesforce experience are required.
- Experience with Tableau, Databricks, SQL, and Anaplan is preferred.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Glean, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT for models, agents, forecasting, reconciliation, and presentations.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Finance, Worldwide Field Operations, and sales leadership to provide financial insight and guidance.
- Lead long-range planning, forecasting, expense planning, and consolidation of geographic and regional forecasts.
- Own Worldwide Field Operations expense and headcount budgets, monitor performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Improve sales-finance processes, internal controls, audit support, and compliance for commissions, bookings, and related activities.
- Own monthly bookings accuracy, consolidation, reconciliation, and close processes; deliver trend analysis and actionable insights.
- Develop operational, KPI, executive, and board-level reporting for Sales and Finance.
- Support M&A activities and integrate acquired organizations into the operating model.
- Build cross-functional partnerships with Customer Support, Professional Services, Revenue Operations, and sales functions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically distributed team of financial analysts.
- Use AI-enabled tools to build models and agents that improve planning, forecasting, reconciliation, analysis, and executive presentations.
