Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree.
  • Have 8+ years of experience in a listed healthcare strategy or related field, or 4+ years of experience from a top-tier consulting environment.
  • Develop strategic recommendations using quantitative and qualitative analysis and translate findings into business decisions.
  • Lead complex cross-functional strategic initiatives and deliver results across stakeholder groups.
  • Partner with analytics teams to interpret healthcare data and generate clinical and business insights.
  • Develop business cases, strategic roadmaps, and enterprise-level recommendations for healthcare programs or initiatives.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes without direct authority.
  • Demonstrate executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
  • Navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred: master's or doctoral degree in business, public health, epidemiology, healthcare administration, clinical informatics, or a related discipline.
  • Preferred: clinical degree or professional license such as MD, DO, PharmD, APRN, NP, PA, RN, or BSN.
  • Preferred: familiarity with healthcare claims data, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, quality measurement methodologies, and performance analytics.
  • Preferred: experience with Medicare Advantage populations, healthcare literature, industry research, and emerging healthcare trends.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate clinical performance improvement opportunities through data analysis, measurement-gap assessments, and performance frameworks.
  • Assess clinical performance and specialty landscapes to identify gaps, emerging opportunities, and potential investments.
  • Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, adoption approaches, and multi-year roadmaps aligned with enterprise priorities.
  • Maintain and prioritize a pipeline of future clinical performance opportunities.
  • Develop clinical performance frameworks, quality measures, and measurement strategies.
  • Partner with clinical, analytics, operational, network, and business leaders to define success metrics and translate findings into improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and facilitate stakeholder alignment.
  • Present strategic recommendations and complex findings to senior and executive leadership.
  • Monitor healthcare trends, emerging practices, and innovations to identify opportunities.
  • Support governance and prioritization processes for clinical performance measurement and strategic initiatives.
