Requirements

  • Bring 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or marketing automation.
  • Have hands-on experience building and executing programs in Marketo or a comparable marketing automation platform.
  • Have practical Salesforce experience with leads, contacts, campaigns, and reporting.
  • Understand how CRM and marketing automation systems interact.
  • Have experience managing marketing programs end to end, including setup, execution, testing, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities and understanding of marketing data, attribution, funnel management, and campaign performance.
  • Have basic HTML/CSS skills and attention to detail when creating and quality-checking customer-facing marketing experiences.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and execute projects with minimal oversight.
  • Investigate data, workflows, and system behavior to identify root causes and solutions.
  • Show curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies and their application to marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively across teams in a fast-moving environment.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end marketing automation programs in Marketo, including segmentation, email and landing page creation, workflows, A/B testing, QA, tracking, and reporting.
  • Translate campaign requirements and business objectives into reliable, scalable automation solutions with marketing teams.
  • Optimize lead routing, enrichment, scoring, nurturing, and campaign attribution.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators on integration between marketing automation and CRM processes.
  • Improve the marketing technology stack, data quality, operational efficiency, and campaign performance.
  • Troubleshoot technical, operational, data, and workflow issues and implement sustainable improvements.
  • Apply AI and emerging technologies to automate repetitive activities and streamline marketing operations.
  • Support email campaigns, nurture journeys, webinars, events, and other digital initiatives from setup through execution, QA, and reporting.
