- Demonstrated time-management and prioritization skills, including managing multiple projects and competing deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in documentation and administrative work.
- Ability to maintain organized workflows, systems, and processes in a high-volume environment.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to identify issues, take appropriate action, and escalate when necessary.
- Ability to coordinate across teams, schedules, and competing priorities.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong Microsoft Teams skills are preferred.
- Previous experience working remotely is preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize, delegate, and manage sensitive assignments in a virtual legal support environment.
- Track deadlines, coordinate workflows, and monitor timing to support accurate, timely completion.
- Perform quality-control reviews, resolve issues, and escalate matters when appropriate.
- Serve as a point of contact for team questions and concerns, escalating feedback and operational matters as needed.
- Monitor and process department voicemails and communicate staffing shortages and workflow concerns to management.
- Coordinate schedules and activities across teams to support efficient service delivery and balanced workloads.
- Support new matter review, data entry, document organization, and preparation of confidential legal documents.
- Use Microsoft Suite applications and legal technology to format, edit, compare, convert, and prepare documents and presentations.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and communicate critical issues, timing concerns, and operational updates.
